なんだこりゃと思ったら、Apache 2.4 では NameVirtualHost は廃止されて、なくなったようですね。
VirtualHostディレクティブ があれば バーチャルホスト扱いってことのようだ。

一般的には、httpd.conf にこんな感じで書いているとは思うけど。
